RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Copper Bottom Swim happily accepts returns and exchanges on all full-priced purchases within 15 days of delivery. Purchases made using a discount code are not eligible for refund but may be exchanged or returned for store credit. All sale items are considered final sale.
For all returns, items must be unworn, unwashed and free of damage, with tags attached. Please ensure your return is in original packaging with invoice included in your return.
To initiate a return or exchange, please email email@example.com with your order number and item(s) you wish to return.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and original shipping costs are non-refundable. Copper Bottom is not responsible for shipments lost in transit, and recommend that returns are sent with tracking and insurance for your protection. For exchanges, we are happy to cover shipping costs of the new order. Once we have received your returned garment, we will process a refund to the original method of payment, less original cost of shipping. Please allow for 2-4 business days for your bank to process the refund.
Copper Bottom Swim reserves the right to deny returns that don't meet our return requirements. If you have experienced a problem with your order, please contact us right away at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We ship our swimsuits worldwide. Shipping rates are listed below. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be fulfilled. Shipping time is dependent on location.
All orders are shipped with full tracking. Once delivered, packages are the responsibility of the customer. Copper Bottom is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed delivered.
Shipping to the US and Canada is always free on all orders! Shipments within the United States will arrive in 2-4 business days, and 2-8 business days within Canada. Orders shipped internationally are $15 tracked and will arrive in 5-22 days.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
No duties are charged on orders to the US and Canada. Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs charges and clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond our control. Customs, duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please note that we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges to customers that do not pay customs duties.
